Late Sunday afternoon - Klein bike plus two other wheels out of action - email enquiry to SCB with almost instantaneous phone call back! Monday 8.30 am - Collected from home Monday PM - Klein and two wheels fixed perfectly Tuesday evening - By arrangement, delivered back home More like a professional Formula 1 pitstop than the usual bike-shop malaise, waiting times and poor service.

I took two bikes for service and from the initial diagnosis by Daniel and completion of the work I was kept fully informed and the work was completed in the agreed timescale and at a fair price.
