Late Sunday afternoon - Klein bike plus two other wheels out of action - email enquiry to SCB with almost instantaneous phone call back! Monday 8.30 am - Collected from home Monday PM - Klein and two wheels fixed perfectly Tuesday evening - By arrangement, delivered back home More like a professional Formula 1 pitstop than the usual bike-shop malaise, waiting times and poor service.

My 5 year old board man was needing a bit of TLC so decided to use SCB again. Guy came round promptly and checked bike over and saw exactly what was needed(a lot) They also rang me before adding a new chainring and telling me the price. bike came back and its like new, although did get a shock on how good the brakes are now. great job SCB

My brother David and my partner Steven have both brought their bikes to you and have been very happy with results. They feel they can trust you for your professionalism, expert knowledge, speed and a passion for excellent communication and customer care. None of which they experienced with Halfords which was frustrating and soul destroying - their staff do not have a passion for bikes nor a motivation to satisfy customers!

After years of neglect my bike was in a bad way but after a the service from South Coast Bikes it is like new again. Now rides really well !! Very professional service by people that know what they are talking about and the pick up and drop of service was excellent. Problems with my front changer were fixed but revealed other issues. Became a bit of a problem with my front gears but SCB's guys persevered and even ended up replacing my front spindle at no charge. It took a few hiccups and while to get there but eventually I had a bike that was a lot better than when they took it. Pickup & delivery was excellent too. Nice one guys.

Many thanks for the rapid turnaround on my Dawes Super Galaxy. I rode it to work this morning and it runs like a dream, I'm all set for my tour in France in October! I would not hesitate to use South Coast bikes for any servicing in the future.
