Late Sunday afternoon - Klein bike plus two other wheels out of action - email enquiry to SCB with almost instantaneous phone call back! Monday 8.30 am - Collected from home Monday PM - Klein and two wheels fixed perfectly Tuesday evening - By arrangement, delivered back home More like a professional Formula 1 pitstop than the usual bike-shop malaise, waiting times and poor service.

I have had my Specialised bike for 5 years and now after Josh at South Coast Bikes fixed my problems as if with a magic wand it has NEVER been so good ! My 5 year old board man was needing a bit of TLC so decided to use SCB again. Guy came round promptly and checked bike over and saw exactly what was needed(a lot) They also rang me before adding a new chainring and telling me the price. bike came back and its like new, although did get a shock on how good the brakes are now. great job SCB

Very happy with the service all round. Friendly and efficient, communication was good, I felt listened to as I explained what I wanted, which wasn't completely run-of-the-mill. They managed to disable the Coaster Brake on my combined Coaster/Gearbox hub whilst retaining the gears, which another shop had told me was not possible. Thank you!
