They were happy to revive my ancient, knackered, much-loved racing bike which is working like a treat now. It was so nice that they could see its value, unlike a couple of other bike places where I got dismissive comments and the advice to buy a new one. More recently they went out of their way, quite literally, to help me with a freak problem with my other bike.
