Great service. Took my almost new Trek 7.6 FX in to South Coast Bikes after a minor accident and a problem with the gears autoshifting. Evans (who I bought it from) had looked at it, said it was ok but could not diagnose the problem. South Coast spotted the issue instantly (bent rear derailler mounting bracket) and fixed it in 20 minutes. Impressed !

It's the first time I have used the services of South Coast Bikes, and I have to say, I am impressed. The pick-up was on time, Andy was friendly and helpful. The bike returned and everything was first class. Now I have all my gears. Just have to train now for the London - Brighton. Err! Thanks again. Highly recommended.
