My bike was in radical need of an MOT, was picked up and delivered again when promised and is as good as new. The saddle was too high to ride when returned to me, but one quick call to SCB and Matt came round to adjust the saddle height the same day. Great service.

I'd like to say a big thank you to Dan and Aaron for their hard work and (no doubt) perserverance! I'll certainly be using SC to service my bike in future, you now have another loyal customer. I have had my bike for about 3 years. During this time I have had a few services at other bike shops which have been ok and kept it running. 3 months ago the gear system went and I stopped riding it. Since then it has been left outside. To be honest I thought it had seen the end of its days. However I decided to call up Southcoast bikes to see if they could get it back on the road. I found the service to be second to none they were very friendly and helpful. When they came to give me a quote they gave me all the options. It was a little more expensive than I expected because the bike needed a complete overhaul. They returned it to me two days later and I was, and am, truly amazed. My bike looks like new. It runs better than it has ever done even when I brought it new. Thank you so much to the team. I’m looking forward to moving to London and spending many happy hours on my new bike!
