Monday 8.30 am - Collected from home Monday PM - Klein and two wheels fixed perfectly Tuesday evening - By arrangement, delivered back home More like a professional Formula 1 pitstop than the usual bike-shop malaise, waiting times and poor service.

I was having trouble with my gears on my Rayleigh touring bike since I bought it. I'd already taken it to another shop in Brighton to be fixed, but it wasn't. Even after I paid £10 for the service! At the end of my tether with it I called South Coast Bikes. I was apprehensive at first because it cost £41 and my bike only cost me £36, but it was completely worth it. It rides better than it ever has and I'm sure I will get countless pleasurable rides out of it in future. I would definitely not go anywhere else while I am still living in Brighton.
