Absolutely awesome service and top guys to deal with. Had my road bike looked at after a year or so without a service and it has never run better. Have also popped back with a couple of little tweaks since and the guys did it straight away. Top drawer - would recommend to anyone with a bike worth spending money on!

I'd been having problems with the gears slipping on my mountain bike for 6months. I had taken it to two different cycle places over a two months period but neither had fixed the problem despite not insignificant costs. I gave up and went back to riding my 20year old bike until I was given the South Coast Bikes Postcard. One last attempt I thought, and am I glad I did. Within 24hours my bike was returned and I can honestly say it is better now than when I collected it from the showroom 5years ago. I will make sure I pass on your details to anyone I know who has a bike. Thanks to the whole team!

Late Sunday afternoon - Klein bike plus two other wheels out of action - email enquiry to SCB with almost instantaneous phone call back! Monday 8.30 am - Collected from home Monday PM - Klein and two wheels fixed perfectly Tuesday evening - By arrangement, delivered back home More like a professional Formula 1 pitstop than the usual bike-shop malaise, waiting times and poor service.
