I was having trouble with my gears on my Rayleigh touring bike since I bought it. I'd already taken it to another shop in Brighton to be fixed, but it wasn't. Even after I paid £10 for the service! At the end of my tether with it I called South Coast Bikes. I was apprehensive at first because it cost £41 and my bike only cost me £36, but it was completely worth it. It rides better than it ever has and I'm sure I will get countless pleasurable rides out of it in future. I would definitely not go anywhere else while I am still living in Brighton. The guys did a complete overhaul of my 9 year old GT iDrive 2.0 MTB and prepared it for use on road ready for London to Brighton. Feels better than new and really looking forward to the 50 mile road ride and then for afterwards swapping the tyres to get back on the trails. Excellent service and great advice on work needed doing.

After having my bike stolen, a friend gave me an old neglected bike. The guys at SCB transformed it into a very useable bike at a reasonable cost and in only 3 days.
