I took two bikes for service and from the initial diagnosis by Daniel and completion of the work I was kept fully informed and the work was completed in the agreed timescale and at a fair price. I was having trouble with my gears on my Rayleigh touring bike since I bought it. I'd already taken it to another shop in Brighton to be fixed, but it wasn't. Even after I paid £10 for the service! At the end of my tether with it I called South Coast Bikes. I was apprehensive at first because it cost £41 and my bike only cost me £36, but it was completely worth it. It rides better than it ever has and I'm sure I will get countless pleasurable rides out of it in future. I would definitely not go anywhere else while I am still living in Brighton.
