Super impressed with the scb service. After my slightly ham-fisted attempts to fix my wife's Trek Halfords wanted £150 to fix it and suggested I buy one of their BSOs (read the article on the scb website). scb charged us less than half the Halfords quote, picked the bike up on Saturday morning and we had it back on Monday afternoon working like new and totally transformed. Thanks again.

First time trying SCB and I was very pleased. I took two bikes for service and from the initial diagnosis by Daniel and completion of the work I was kept fully informed and the work was completed in the agreed timescale and at a fair price. The work carried out was excellent and the bikes came back fully cleaned. I would not hesitate to use SCB again and to recommend.

Late Sunday afternoon - Klein bike plus two other wheels out of action - email enquiry to SCB with almost instantaneous phone call back! Monday 8.30 am - Collected from home Monday PM - Klein and two wheels fixed perfectly Tuesday evening - By arrangement, delivered back home More like a professional Formula 1 pitstop than the usual bike-shop malaise, waiting times and poor service.

I have had my bike for about 3 years. During this time I have had a few services at other bike shops which have been ok and kept it running. 3 months ago the gear system went and I stopped riding it. Since then it has been left outside. To be honest I thought it had seen the end of its days. However I decided to call up Southcoast bikes to see if they could get it back on the road. I found the service to be second to none they were very friendly and helpful. When they came to give me a quote they gave me all the options. It was a little more expensive than I expected because the bike needed a complete overhaul. They returned it to me two days later and I was, and am, truly amazed. My bike looks like new. It runs better than it has ever done even when I brought it new. Thank you so much to the team. I’m looking forward to moving to London and spending many happy hours on my new bike!
