After having my bike stolen, a friend gave me an old neglected bike. The guys at SCB transformed it into a very useable bike at a reasonable cost and in only 3 days. I have had my bike for about 3 years. During this time I have had a few services at other bike shops which have been ok and kept it running. 3 months ago the gear system went and I stopped riding it. Since then it has been left outside. To be honest I thought it had seen the end of its days. However I decided to call up Southcoast bikes to see if they could get it back on the road. I found the service to be second to none they were very friendly and helpful. When they came to give me a quote they gave me all the options. It was a little more expensive than I expected because the bike needed a complete overhaul. They returned it to me two days later and I was, and am, truly amazed. My bike looks like new. It runs better than it has ever done even when I brought it new. Thank you so much to the team. I’m looking forward to moving to London and spending many happy hours on my new bike!
