Thanks for sorting out my folding bike yesterday. Took it for a spin afterwards, and it's dramatically improved - brakes are now smooth & strong. Gears change perfectly, and the chain no longer falls off. All issues fixed. Very happy - thank you!

I have had my bike for about 3 years. During this time I have had a few services at other bike shops which have been ok and kept it running. 3 months ago the gear system went and I stopped riding it. Since then it has been left outside. To be honest I thought it had seen the end of its days. However I decided to call up Southcoast bikes to see if they could get it back on the road. I found the service to be second to none they were very friendly and helpful. When they came to give me a quote they gave me all the options. It was a little more expensive than I expected because the bike needed a complete overhaul. They returned it to me two days later and I was, and am, truly amazed. My bike looks like new. It runs better than it has ever done even when I brought it new. Thank you so much to the team. I’m looking forward to moving to London and spending many happy hours on my new bike!

Great service. Took my almost new Trek 7.6 FX in to South Coast Bikes after a minor accident and a problem with the gears autoshifting. Evans (who I bought it from) had looked at it, said it was ok but could not diagnose the problem. South Coast spotted the issue instantly (bent rear derailler mounting bracket) and fixed it in 20 minutes. Impressed !
