Great service - already used the guys for a service - very helpful with arranging pick up and drop off. Speedy & good quality bike service - excellent communication and advice. My bike came back a bike in great shape & on time. I have used several shops in town but they are without doubt the best I have used.

It's the first time I have used the services of South Coast Bikes, and I have to say, I am impressed. The pick-up was on time, Andy was friendly and helpful. The bike returned and everything was first class. Now I have all my gears. Just have to train now for the London - Brighton. Err! Thanks again. Highly recommended.

I was having trouble with my gears on my Rayleigh touring bike since I bought it. I'd already taken it to another shop in Brighton to be fixed, but it wasn't. Even after I paid £10 for the service! At the end of my tether with it I called South Coast Bikes. I was apprehensive at first because it cost £41 and my bike only cost me £36, but it was completely worth it. It rides better than it ever has and I'm sure I will get countless pleasurable rides out of it in future. I would definitely not go anywhere else while I am still living in Brighton. Wow!! What can I say! You collected my son's bike promptly (and to say it needed a bit of TLC would be an understaement), basically overhauled it, and returned it as promptly as you collected it. It is like a brand new bike.... I really, really did not expect so much. My son is so chuffed!. I will definitely recommend your company to others and will defintely be a returning customer.
