It's the first time I have used the services of South Coast Bikes, and I have to say, I am impressed. The pick-up was on time, Andy was friendly and helpful. Many thanks to Liam and the team who have transformed my Croix De Fer into a more 'gravelly' machine with the installation of a SRAM 1x groupset. It didn't prove to be the easiest conversion but I was kept informed throughout the process which is so rare these days. The bike runs sweetly and has already been introduced to some gentle offroading where the new gearing has been a great help. A first-class business focussed on fantastic customer service. The guys did a complete overhaul of my 9 year old GT iDrive 2.0 MTB and prepared it for use on road ready for London to Brighton. Feels better than new and really looking forward to the 50 mile road ride and then for afterwards swapping the tyres to get back on the trails. Excellent service and great advice on work needed doing.
